Capsaicin is a nutrient found in chili peppers that is a natural anti-inflammatory and helps improve circulation. Chili peppers literally clean your blood of mucus and toxins, making it easy for oxygen to be supplied to your cells. Helps regulate blood pressure, good for your stomach, and a great digestive aid. Heat: 8.

Growing instructions:

Requires full sunlight. Seeds should be sown in light, rich, moist and well-drained soil in a warm sunny place (60 F degrees minimum). The seeds take 16 to 20 days to sprout. Transplant the seedlings, as soon as they are large enough to handle. The plants must never suffer through drought or low temperatures. Set plants 24 cm – 36 cm apart.
